Love the concept of the game, the interface, narratives, etc. work well with the spooky music, immersive experience! The password inspired me to explore further, seeing these new messages coming out, the pop-up windows, flashing horror symbols, words overlapping, and the eye video in the system making the game scary.  I was scared a bit for the part where “RUN” and the sounds of the door appeared when the screen was black, thought that something might be coming out on the screen. Overall, great work!  c:

WOW!! As someone who hates hates hates horror games, you really nailed the exact fear that I run away from. The entire interface (messages, downloads, etc) was so clever and well done, especially given that we were using Twine.

I felt very proud of myself for figuring out the code, even if that meant listening to terrifying audios. On that note, I want to congratulate you on your usage of audio / sound art to create a really terrifying backdrop to your piece.

The writing of your game was very well done, especially the religious moments, and I think with more time given you could've done a masterful job of building suspense between the casual conversations in your messages to the super creepy religious prose.

Overall, this game feels like a fantastic prototype to something that could be a 20+ minute horrifying experience. I'd love to build more of a relationship with Jimbo(?), or at least have more "lore" or a stronger understanding of who I'm supposed to be and why I've received these strange files. I think providing more context for the player and the world they're in will draw them even further into the game.

(Updated) Incredible sound design and imagery. Everything (besides the UI) sells the horror well. Really wish for a stylized messaging/computerized interface, but still very great mechanics I don't imagine was easy to code.

I love the concept and narrative direction of the game. The only issue imo is maybe the layout (visually) was confusing.

I think the drums sound great now! My one note regarding the sound is that I wish there was more ambient sound effects and music throughout the experience.

Very cool concept especially with the log in felt like an actual user interface. The audio didn't work for me but the download part got me thinking about the narrative. The choices on the screen kept the player curious for further engagement.

I love the whole unsettling and creepy vibe. The concept and narrative is incredible, and elements are very engaging.

This is already super creepy (which for this is good :) ). I enjoy how engaging you've made this, it definitely really takes you into the narrative you've created and adds to the unsettling experience. I definitely agree that forced full screen could really enhance this and prevent some of the clipping image issues. I know some of the passages are still a work in progress but you have a really fun game already and I'm really excited to see where the story goes! :)

I like the overall user engagement and theme that you are working in, especially the login screen and surprise image! just a tad bit of suggestion maybe add the typewriter effect to the txt that is written in the Bottom.

P.s the music didn't work on my machine prolly a one time error kinda check it out if its the same on others.

I like the engaging experience with the unsettled audio in the background bringing you to the system and exploring the system and seeing horror flashing images with sounds. Maybe let the player try to enter the passcode a limited amount of times and the system “log out” or pop up a message/image to let the player click to explore/answer questions etc. Very cool c:

Very cool user input, and concept for game. Would recommend thus far to use a size lock for the image or force user to play in fullscreen through itch. If it isn't  fullscreened the image will be clipped.

But other than that, very interesting and fun concept for a game.
